Our Packages

I offer a variety of packages to cater to the diverse needs of my clientele. From comprehensive birth packages to single postpartum visits, I have something to suit every mother's needs and budget. My packages include:

Body, Birth & Beyond - $2,800

Virtual - Body, Birth & Beyond $2,400 (all In person visits are changed to Telehealth appts, labor/birth support in person for Sacramento County & surrounding areas)

This comprehensive package is designed to support you through every stage of your pregnancy and beyond. From providing physical comfort and emotional support during labor to offering postpartum care, we are there with you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth transition into motherhood.

• Three In-home prenatal appts.

• Two private telehealth nutrition appts, nutrition guide (pre & Postnatal)

• Assistance with birth agreement/plan

• Comfort measures and birth position practice

• Doula on-call between 36-42 weeks for birth only

• Text/Email/google meet or facetime support throughout the course of care

• Support during labor/birth

• Lactation Support

• Immediate Postpartum support (2 hours)

• Follow Up postpartum appts at 2 weeks, 4 weeks & 6 weeks

  • Postpartum recovery plan Template

  • Meal of choice - Meal Prep

Birthing Greatness - $2,500

Virtual $2,100- Birthing Greatness (All in-person prenatal/postpartum visit are telehealth. Labor/Birth support in person for Sacramento County & Surrounding areas)

If you're looking for birth support only, our "Birthing Greatness" package is the perfect choice for you. This package focuses solely on providing assistance during the birth process, helping you navigate labor and delivery with confidence and peace of mind.

• Assistance with birth agreement/plan

• Comfort measures and Birth Position practice

• Text/Email/Google meet/ Facetime support throughout course of care

• Doula On-call between 36-42 weeks for birth only

• Support during labor/birth

• 2 hours of immediate postpartum support
